Vadodara: Former South African cricketer Jonty Rhodes will conduct a three-day fielding coaching camp in Vadodara from Thursday.
The camp will be attended by the players and the coaches of the Baroda Ranji team, U-14, U-16, U-19, U-22 and women's team, the Baroda Cricket Association (BCA) secretary Sachin Dalvi said.
Dalvi also added that the camp is being conducted under the auspices of the Indian cricket board (BCCI).
"Hopefully, the camp will go a long way in improving the fielding standards of the BCA teams," he said.
Rhodes, who was known for his acrobatic catching and brilliant fielding, is the only cricketer to have won a Man-of-the-Match award for his fielding.
He is currently the fielding coach with the IPL franchisee, Mumbai Indians, a team that recently won the Champions League Twenty20 tournament.
