Harare: Pakistan will be looking to clinch the one day international series against Zimbabwe when the two sides clash in the second ODI at Harare on Thursday.
The visitors won a nail biting affair on Thursday by five runs to take a 1-0 lead in the three match series.
Younis Khan scored a solid 78 and captain Misbah-ul-Haq contributed with 54 to guide Pakistan to a healthy total of 247/7 and then pacer Aizaz Cheema took 3/36 as Zimbabwe were restricted to 242/7 off their fifty overs.
A batting collapse in their second innings of the one-off Test had enabled Pakistan to win the game by seven wickets.
Zimbabwe who had a succesful outing against Bangladesh at home recently will want to keep the series alive and prove that they can compete against the top sides in international cricket.
